This Privacy Policy explains how FlightWorks ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the FlightWorks app and FlightWorks Pro membership ("Service"). We are committed to keeping your information safe and minimal.
Account information: your email address, display name, role, and, if you choose to provide it, mobile phone number. Usage data: the games, scores, throws, and performance stats you create while using the app. Payment information is handled by Wix, the provider shown at checkout — we do not store your card details. We may collect limited diagnostic data such as browser and device type, the page or feature in use, timestamps, error details, and performance timing to keep the app secure and reliable.
We use your information to operate the Service — saving your matches and stats, enabling friend connections and live scoring, processing your membership, and providing support. We also use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve features and reliability.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as needed to operate the Service: with Wix to process subscriptions, and with service providers that host or deliver the app. Some data — such as your player name and public match results — is visible to other players as part of the Service.
If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from FlightWorks, we may send account, service, support, or promotional messages covered by your consent. Mobile phone numbers will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies based on your activity and notification preferences. Message and data rates may apply.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data from account settings, or ask for help through the Support page. We remove requested data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
FlightWorks uses local storage on your device to remember preferences like theme, sound settings, and active game sessions. This data stays on your device. We use limited first-party diagnostics and aggregated product analytics to find errors and improve reliability. FlightWorks does not use session replay, record your screen, collect form contents for analytics, or use diagnostics to track you across other sites.
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information through your account settings or the Support page. If you are in a region with data protection laws, you may have additional rights regarding your data.
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has registered, tell us through the Support pageand we will remove the account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
