These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlightWorks app, including scorekeeping, player profiles, and the FlightWorks Pro membership ("Service"). The Service is operated by FlightWorks ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
FlightWorks Pro is an optional recurring subscription offered at $4.99 per month or $49 per year. Payment is processed securely by the provider shown at checkout. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. You can request cancellation from Membership & Billing in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals after the payment provider confirms it, and access may continue through the end of the paid billing period.
We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after notice is provided.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including not submitting false scores, harassing other players, attempting to access another user's data, or disrupting the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the information you submit, such as player names and game results. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. Game and performance data you create is tied to your account.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results or statistics will always be accurate. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlightWorks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or stats, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
