Refund & Cancellation Policy

FlightWorks Pro is available as a monthly recurring subscription at $4.99 per month or an annual recurring subscription at $49 per year. Your subscription renews automatically at the selected interval until you cancel.

You can request cancellation at any time from Membership & Billing in your account. The request is tracked in the app and takes effect after the payment provider confirms the contract cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals. You may keep access through the end of the current paid billing period, after which the membership becomes inactive.

Because FlightWorks Pro is a digital subscription with immediate access, all subscription fees are non-refundable, including annual fees and partial billing periods, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund the current period's payment. You will continue to have access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

If you believe you were charged in error, or notice an unauthorized charge, submit a request through the Support pagepromptly. We will review the issue and, where a billing error is confirmed, correct it.

If we change the subscription price, we will notify you in advance. Any price change applies only to future billing cycles after you have been notified, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
